A 59-year-old woman who was a senior official at a Washington think-tank was fatally stabbed in Baltimore’s Roland Park neighborhood as she was walking her dogs Friday night, police said.

Until now, teenagers weren’t supposed to ride alone in an Uber.
Starting May 22, the ride-hailing company will add an option in some cities that allows minors 13 to 17 years old to ride solo in one of their cars. The new service will launch in more than a dozen cities in the United States and more in Canada, and requires passengers to use a special family account.
