A federal judge said late Monday that she will order a hearing this week over prosecutors’ demand that former president Donald Trump keep government evidence turned over in hiscriminal election interference case secret until trial, as the two sides clashed anew over whether permitting Trump to discuss the case would taint potential jurors or intimidate witnesses.
