The ex-boyfriend of one of the world’s youngest lottery winners has been shot dead in an altercation on New Year’s Eve. Jane Parks, 28, is the UK’s youngest ever EuroMillions winner, having won £1 million ($1.22 million, by today’s exchange rate) in the lottery in 2013, when she was just 17 years old.
